Privacy

Updated October 7, 2026.

This notice covers the public RambleCut website and its access-request form. Separate preview access requires its own data-flow review before recordings or customer files are supplied.

Information collected

The form collects an email address. The server stores request time and status. It also stores confirmation-attempt details and the email provider’s message reference. A keyed hash of the request IP address supports abuse limits. Email hashes and shared request counters also support those limits.

Vercel receives normal web request data to host the site. This includes IP address and browser request information. The page saves the chosen colour theme in browser storage. The inspected page has no analytics script.

Purpose and providers

The email address is used to record interest and send an access-request receipt. It can also be used to follow up about access. Supabase stores request records and abuse counters. Resend receives the recipient email and message content for delivery. Vercel hosts the website and form handler.

Some example media loads from Vercel Blob. The service receives the network requests needed to load media. Social links open other services.

AI processing

The access-request handler does not send form data to an AI model. Private product code uses OpenAI for research and transcript work. Claude API processing is planned. These private workflows are not exposed through this form.

Retention and deletion

Access requests have no automatic deletion schedule in the current implementation. Abuse-counter rows expire after 25 hours and are removed on a later valid capture call. Expiry does not itself run a deletion job.

To request deletion or correction, email victor@ramblecut.com from the address used on the form. Requests require manual review and removal. Marking a record as removed does not erase its email. The site has no self-service account or data-deletion tool. Provider logs and backups follow each provider’s retention rules. This site does not promise immediate removal from every backup.

Access protection

Request records are held on the server. Public visitors cannot use this site to list requests. Please do not submit passwords or private files through an access request.
